When ordering a service please be prepared to provide us the following information of:

  1. Your Office/Business name, address and phone/fax numbers
  2. Your name and mobile phone number
  3. Your credit card or other billing option information
  4. Anticipated date and time of the service
  5. Exact address of property with map coordinates and major streets intersection, Property accessibility information such as name and phone number of a person to contact, buzzer number, lock box location with it's combination, parking, etc

 

We strive to deliver you the best service we can. Our photographers work according to a tight daily schedule, therefore in order for the service allotted time to be used effectively please be advised as follows:

  1. Avoid trash collection days
  2. Do not schedule any shows during the time allotted for a photographer
  3. Do not schedule your virtual tour during open house times
  4. Advise the vendors to do their best preparing the property for virtual tour photography
  5. When a photographer arrives it is already too late for tiding up and any visual flaws may affect your virtual tour presentation, Arrive on time for the appointment
